Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at My POV Studio. 

Selfie Lights:

• Selfie lights can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in good condition (no scratches, cracks or missing parts).
• Defective items will be replaced at no charge within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase required.

Studio Sessions:

• Cancellation: We understand that things come up! We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price. 
• Rescheduling: We will reschedule your photo session once, free of charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. 
• No shows: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows.
